Unique house with a lot of space and great views. Location perfect for exploring surrounding area and key sites on foot

Great building, Great location, Well equipped, Spacious.
The electrics were tired. The light in the cooker hood would not stay on. There was a flickering bulb in the hall. A blown bulb in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom did not work. And there was a working (and very noisy) fan in one of the bedrooms (why on earth was that there at all?)

Walking distance to the viaduct and trial. Spacious living area.
The house is located 10 meters from a busy road. The windows of both bedrooms, which are located on the ground floor facing the road and are very leaky. The noise of cars freely penetrates the interior. Hard to sleep.
Lack of coffee machine.
