Our bell tent was a Good quality tent, loads of room, electricity and lighting. The site toilet pods/huts with combined toilet and shower was ideal for a bit more privacy and were in good condition.
Some areas of the site need some TLC, generally around the residential caravans (weeds etc) and, random empty buildings/cabins. It is not an issue but makes the site less cared for then it actually is.

The bell tent and beds were spacious and comfy. The views were to die for! Over a lovely valley and sunset every evening, a horse to say hello to and a sky full of stars.

The location is good, easy to walk into swanage and the SW coast path. The firepit and wood was very nice.
There are a lot of permanent residents on site, it didn't feel like a holiday camp site really and these pitches and caravans look run down and messy and doesn't create a good image when driving through. The toilet facilities although new, we're not very clean, nor was there enough causing queues which was not ideal.
