Villa Chiara

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und ich würde die Villa auch weiterempfehlen. Das Highlight für die Kinder: es kam täglich eine Katze vorbei und benahm sich als ob sie zum Haus gehören würde.

Im Inneren könnten mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung gebracht werden: z.B. die Gardinenstangen festdübeln (waren kurz vorm rausfallen) oder auch im Bad den Brausekopf der Dusche erneuern. Der Pool ist für lebhafte Kinder (wir hatten 5 dabei) etwas ungünstig, das hatten wir auf den Fotos zwar gesehen, jedoch unterschätzt (Absturzgefahr, Höhe Rand ca. 1,5 Meter).

De locatie was perfect, ruim villa.

In de toekomst graag een jacuzzi in de tuin😀

The house is absolutely stunning. New and very well furnished. Big balcony in the leaving room and one upstairs in the master room. 2 big double sofa bed in the living room, dining table, kitchen fully equipped and nice linen Toilet are beautiful, shower with good water pressure Is literally 7minutes walk from the beach, beaches are very good with bar and you can rent sunbed and umbrella for 90 kunas a day(bar Rudi highly recommend) *mini market 200mt away *Supermarket and tourist info 10minutes walk away *Bus stop to Crikvenica is outside the house! (8 kunas ticket available on board) The girls are very nice and friendly always available to help They also sent me a box of chocolates for my birthday! Thank you very much!

*no Aircon in 2 rooms (bunk bed room and double bed room) *To get to the room with bunk bed you need to go through the master room, so not really great about privacy as is not written in the description *Swimpool is not on the ground but there is a stair to climb which is not really safe as it has stones on the bottom as is not long enough to reach the ground.... When we get to the property there was just one stone for each stair end, so we called to asked to be fixed but they just added more stones.... You can not really understand from the picture and is not mentioned. I've spoken to the girls from the agency and hopefully they will change the pictures as is not fair... If you have kids or People with disabilities or less able to stand (my father has got a surgery and he has a piece of iron on his leg... We have been very lucky that when the stair moved away from the stone I was coming down and I jumped off the stairs...but I'm 30yo and I don't have any problems.... Don't even wanna think about what it would happen if was my father) *No many restaurants and bar in the area *Barbeque is just an electric grill and it cost €15 to rent

Die Lage war in Ordnung, der Pool wurde täglich kontrolliert. Ebenso wurden die Mülltonnen täglich geprüft. Das Haus an sich war gut aufgeteilt. Für den reklamierten Schädlingsbefall (Ameisen) wurde ins relativ schnell ein Spray geliefert.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Ein paar Schritte über den Fußboden und man hatte schwarze Füße. Leider haben uns auch die Bettwanzen jede Nacht belästigt. Es gab sehr viele Defekte an den Möbeln, die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Eine angebliche Liegewiese war der gepflasterte Bereich vor dem Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig. Mit 3 Messern ist es etwa kompliziert für 5 Personen.
