Vila Veronique is a brand new property, opening in the 2019 season. It has 7 apartments.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. A large bedroom with the kitchen and wonderful sea views. In the living room you will find 2 sofa beds and large TV.
One of the most beautiful sea views is from our Vila Veronique. It is located away from the city center, so you can enjoy the tranquility and Mediterranean herbs that are planted in a garden of Vila Veronique. It is a perfect stay for someone who loves nature and luxury apartments.
In the apartment you can also relax at the beautiful, newly built pool or in the whirlpool.

Hatten angenehme 4 tage in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und sehr sauber. Pool und Whirlpool ist vorhanden, allerdings wird dieser mit den anderen 2 Ferienwohnungen gegeilt. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Der Empfang war freundlich und gut organisiert. Die Gästebetreuerin kümmerte sich sofort, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen und für schöne Strände hatte sie für uns. Der Fischmarkt in Crikvenica um 7:00 Uhr morgens ist ein guter Tipp für Hobbyköche.
In der nagelneuen Wohnung in ruhiger Lage war alles da, was wir als 5köpfige Familie benötigten inkl. Besen und Wischmop. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Eine Liste der Bestückung wäre in der Beschreibung wünschenswert. Geschirrtücher etc. sowie Spülmittel und Tabs/Klarspüler/Salz sind nicht vorhanden.
Der Balkon ist zwar für mehr als 5 Personen zu klein, hat aber exakt den Ausblick aufs Meer der versprochen wurde.
Der vorhandene Pool ist sauber und als Abkühlung und für Kinder gut geeignet, zum Schwimmen aber zu klein. Was kein Problem ist, da es am Meer jede Menge kleinere und größere Strände in Laufnähe hat. Die Duschen funktionieren tadellos mit sattem Strahl oder auch Sprühnebel!
Leider gibt es im obersten Stockwerk des Hauses und damit in dieser Wohnung außer für das Dachfenster keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Dafür reichten aber die beiden Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Flur völlig aus, um nachts runterzukühlen. Tagsüber brauchten wir sie trotz 36 Grad draußen nicht!
Hilfreich wären Bedienungsanleitung für Fernseher, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die kann man aber übers Internet, das gut funktioniert, herunterladen.
Wer bereit ist ein Stück mit dem Auto zu fahren, kann einiges sehen: Tagesausflüge auf die Insel Krk, in den Nationalpark Plitvicer Seen (ca. 140 km im Hinterland), oder kleinere Ausflüge entlang der Küste nach Senj lohnen sich!
Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Wohnung und die saubere Anlage für Familien aber auch für mehrere Paare gerne weiter.
