Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and air conditioner. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs) and The room is accessed from another room, no separate entrance, suitable for children. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Dramalj. The villa is situated on an enclosed plot, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Frage ist lieber "was hat uns nicht gefallen": Das Haus an sich ist gut und sauber, durch die Doppelhaushälfte bekommt aber viel von den Nachbarn in dem anderen Doppelhaus mit. Die Lage ist furchtbar, der gesamte Verkehr von Dramalj geht am Haus vorbei, in hohem Tempo, über klackernde Kanaldeckel. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück wurden geschlagene 8 Stunden lang täglich mit dem Bandschleifer gearbeitet. Der Ort ist sehr steil, 10% Gefälle, zu Fuß zum Meer und zurück nur bei großer Sportlichkeit möglich, bei der Hitze für uns unerträglich. Es gibt am Meer wenig Möglichkeiten das Auto abzustellen. Crikvenica ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Wir werden nie mehr hinfahren.
