We rented the condo for a month and really enjoyed our time there. The unit was spotless and can't say enough about the concierge who provided outstanding services. Alessandra was very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. The condo is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. My husband is an avid golfer so that was a positive thing. The grounds and pool are outstanding and so very well maintained.

A wonderfully comfortable stay onsite near the resort entry with access to Vidanta. 24/7 staff and security inside a gated community, the attentive staff are always smiling and helpful as they provide rides to and from the resort via golf cart, dropping you off at the foot of Vidanta for you to continue on with your adventure. The pools at Balancan are sparkling clean and the house itself is immaculate. Amenities at Vidanta are endless and proximity to the beach, pool, golf and amusements are a reason why we’d come back to this location each time we visit.

The owner, the condo, the property, the staff were all (A ). The quietness and seclusion of Balancan and the excitement of Vidanta next door all in one package makes this property very desirable. We will definitely return.
