The second bed room also has 2 twin size beds.
The condo has WIFI, satellite tv, smart tvs that include Netflix.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of space for groceries.
It also has a dishwasher and washer and dryer for fresh clean clothes.

The property is located on the Vidanta grounds. It is only a short two minute ride, to get to the resort side. Pricing to use the Grand Mayan facilities is very reasonable. The staff at the condo were very attentive. The host was extremely responsive. The mattresses are pretty firm, and we had a minor issue that we notified the host about, and he responded immediately, so overall minimum complaints.

We loved this two bedroom condo with an amazing pool on the Fonte property. Guillermo was an excellent host and addressed any issues that we had. The staff was welcoming and available. The directions in regard to the Mayan Palace property were a little confusing. There are two payments to be made. One for transportation on the shuttle to and from the condo to the Maya Palace and another fee to use the facilities at the Maya Palace. Once we got that understood and sorted out things were smooth. As it turns out our two grandchildren loved staying at the condo and swimming in the enormous pool. It wasn’t crowded at all. Everything was very clean. Towels were provided. We had a car so going off property to eat wasn’t really a problem but for those who prefer to cook at home, there is no oven. There is a microwave and a cooktop and a small toaster oven. There is a full-size refrigerator. I would recommend you stop at a Solano’s or Walmart to get groceries prior to arriving at the property.

Condo is well furnished and kitchen is well stocked. Pool is beautiful and very tranquil.

The property was not far from the Grand Mayan! It was very clean, the furniture needed updated but the pool area was beautiful I am still waiting for my deposit back for the stay!
