AVOID THIS PLACE.

A baby cat that was playing around. That’s all.

Very, very bad energy here. Almost didn’t feel safe. Context — as I didn’t have a car and wanted to go on a hike, I asked about the possibility to give me a ride. They took advantage of their very difficult location (a mountain road on which its very dangerous to walk) to propose me a crazy price (80€ for a 1 hour ride). We bargained through google translate — as every communication I had with them — and the guy was reading my “messages” aloud to some of his friends/clients who were there; apparently making fun of me. I refused the proposed price and that created a TENSE ATMOSPHERE from the very start of my stay. The next day everything went wrong: BREAKFAST was “included”, but apart from the (very simple) omelet, they tried to charge me for the coffee (without telling me beforehand). The PERSONNEL was very unfriendly. They make you feel that even asking for a coffee annoys them. Because of the very bad atmosphere I decided to shorten my stay in this place. I paid in cash for the night I had spent there (after recalling them that the night + what I had consumed was 47 marks, not 55…) and they asked me to cancel my reservation on Booking — which would have led me to be charged a second time. They required that I do it immediately, as a condition to let me go! So I almost felt THREATENED. During this scene everybody — a guy who didn’t introduce himself but was probably the boss + the guy who had “welcomed” me the night before + the waitress — was super AGRESSIVE. In the end they let me go under the condition that I give them a 10 rating on Booking.com LOL! I said yes and left but I wasn’t sure they would let me go — very stressful moment. Had to walk on this dangerous road to get out of there. Conclusion — would definitely not recommend.

The hut in which we stayed was very cozy, although it could get cold in there during spring/ autumn. Very friendly people. For example, we told them that we would like something different for breakfast than scrambled eggs - for example tomatoes - that worked also for them.

We didn't like that the shower was outside and the toilets weren't lockable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are small, kinda studios, just perfect ones for a one night stay on your way to the seaside. It is a very nice position for outdoor activities too.

food was good

we couldn't close the door (we were comfortable to leave our stuff in, but it's good to know), same goes for the bathroom door. area is not nice and sad. I can't understand why is it called "apartament with a mountain view" - first of all it's just a room and I wouldn't say there is a view. we booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1, as we didn't like it

OK je smeštaj za planinare koji polaze na Volujak i Bioč... Za Maglić je malo dalje... Mitra gazdarica je veoma prijatna i gostoljubiva žena.

Apartman sa pogledom na planinu je izuzetno mali za tri osobe.... Nema plakar nijedan, stolice nekakve unutra.... samo bračni krevet i još jedan samac. Frižider nema iako piše na bookingu da ima.... Dozvolili su nam da ostavimo nešto hrane kod njih u restoranu... Wi fi nema signala u apartmanima, samo u restoranu....

Rooms were really clean breakfast was good and hosts were nice! Overall good value.

I'm not sure if it was a misunderstanding or what, but they tried to overcharge me €5 and I had to insist and show them my booking to prove that it was lower, and they still seemed wary. They also tried to claim breakfast wasn't included, which after I kept insisting that it was they accepted it. As of October 2022, the locks on the apartment doors STILL aren't fixed. The owner saw me struggling with the door and didn't bat an eye. This place is cheap, sure, but it has some serious issues that need to be addressed. It's a great place to stay once the locks are fixed. If they try and overcharge you, be aware of the price on Booking and just stand your ground. They were really nice after!!

After we announced we would get for hiking early morning the next day the owner prepared a breakfast package the evening before. Perfect service.

Breakfast included. Omelet, bread, cheese and coffee. Very good! If you want to go to Sutjeska monument, the location is great!

The door in the room we booked was broken. Couldn't close or lock it proberly. Also, you could not lock the toilets. We asked the hosts, they didnt care. They just told us the guests before us broke it. That was it. We ask for another room because we wanted to close the door. Got it, but had to pay 6€ more. Also the food for dinner was overpriced. Had to pay more than the price on the menu.

This is good option for one night stay if you want to do some hike in around mountains or as motel on the way but otherway round there is not much to do. The room was clean and reality was as described on Booking.

Good for a one night. We got an omelette and tea for breakfast. Beautiful mountains, beautiful trip to Donje Bare.

Cottage is small, we know it, children were happy. !!!!! Please note that a shared bathroom means a toilet and sink. There is no shower available. There is a river, but... If you build a shower, we will return and you get a 10/10 :)

Friendly people, but....

Friendly staff, especially the mother cooking. Breakfast included in price, with delicious home baked bread. Nice cats. Warm shower if you have one. Not expensive compared to other options in town.

Booking.com room descriptions don't match the photos. If you booked the shared bathroom apartment with supposedly a king size bed you're not getting the room on the photos: you're getting a wooden a-shaped shed without heating and 2 twin beds. Also, there are no shared showers. An outdoor sink is supposedly the shower. There are only toilets. If you booked the one with the private bathroom you get what's on the photos. Prices of food and the room are changed when the moment of payment comes, not with bad intent, but the owners aren't aware of the booking.com prices which leads to long discussions (and only Bosnian is spoken). Also menu prices are not honoured. Although it's a restaurant, the food isn't great and most menu items on the already small menu aren't available. For vegetarians there's nothing, just breakfast items and/or bread. WiFi only works in the restaurant. Location 10km from tjentiste and the hikes, road is dangerous to walk on.

Very nice hosts, friendly people. The breakfast was good. The location is very picturesque. The apartaments in main building are small but clean and calm.

Every day the same menu for breakfast. It should be different every day, with e.g. cheese and fruits/vegetables. But it is a minor problem. The main one is electricity. Electricity failed, not sufficient energy for both apartaments. Should be definitely stronger and modified.

Very poor

Check in time specified by owner was till midnight. We came before 10 pm. Our room was already sold beside booking.com. We couldnt contact owner. He wasnt present at place. He didnt speak English during phone call. Because of that we slept on sleeping mat on the floor in dining room without asking for permission.
