Near Hangzhou East Railway Station

Owner doesn't speak English but is very helpful when you catch him on WeChat (gave me accurate info how to get to his place from train station).
Very cose to East Hangzhou Rail Station.
Owner speaks only Chinese.
No cups for tea.
Killed one cockroach.
This is a flat converted to hostel.

Host was amazing. Very accommodating and could communicate in English enough that I, who don't speak any Chinese, didn't have any issues.
Location is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The mattresses are pretty thin. It's plenty comfy if you're a back or belly sleeper like me, but if you're a side sleeper it will probably be uncomfortable.
