    Its so hard to locate this hotel in AMap as Agoda hotel name is different from Amap. Amap recognise this not as SSAW boutique but Nadaya (in English). We walked from Subway Station to this hotel which took 15 min and it's across the opposite road of the station. The moment I stepped into the hotel, OMg! It feels so luxurious! Love the room, the toilet, they even provide shampoo, conditioner, day shower gel and also night shower gel. And the quality is good. Not those cheap type. But the WiFi... I just can't use any apps when connecting to their WiFi. ZHI WEI GUANG the pastry shop is just downstairs. So convenient. I walked there to get their local pastries. Overall, I will definitely stay here again if I come to hangzhou. They even give free welcome drink - honey lemon tea in bottles.

    What a pleasant surprise to be welcomed by such lovely staff and very helpful service. Our room was so beautiful and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa type bath and larger bed. An experience we will share with others. Thank you.

    The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, offering a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast is quite basic with limited options. The staff were not very helpful and were unable to provide recommendations for nearby food or attractions.
