Perfect place for a beach holiday, you can walk to the sea in a couple of minutes through the trees. It's so peaceful and perfect for small kids as the sea is shallow for a long way out. Some good little restaurants around too and smal supermarkets and fruit stands etc.
Music park nearby is lovely as is the Dendralogical park (but you'll need to drive there even though it's close enough to walk - we didn't see a path anyway)
And host is a very nice dude :)
Just some advice; bring plenty of cash as there is no cash machine in Shekveteli
Also, probably better to get the train to and from Ureki, not Kobuleti, it's closer.

The host was very kind. The bamboo bar was quite nice and prices were cheap.
The water supply has some recurring problems (sometimes there was no water at all, sometimes it was very dirty and smelled bad). The host did his best to replace the hardware though we were the only guests by that time, but no luck.
