Easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Super spacious with a nice back yard for the kids. Host was amazing -- very kind and helpful.
We arrived in early May, before the tourism season (which starts in June) and nearly everything around the property was closed, so very few options for restaurants, cafes or even groceries. We would have liked to have been warned of that. Batumi was quite a long drive.

Tea is a super nice and friendly person, helped me in organizing a regional meeting and spent a lot of her time helping me out with the different staff. I spent 2 nights in the villa with my colleagues and we all loved it. It is a Luxury villa with all the necessary facilities. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and a beautiful garden was equipped with barbeque places. The black magnetic sandy beach was very nice and private with a volleyball net. I would definitely go back!
