Location, service, food experience. Excellent get away from bustling touristy Batumi or Tbilisi. Children below 12 not allowed and I consider that great! It’s a great place to just relax and stare at mountains and sky. Nika, Shalva and Nodar, Noi, Losa and Mariam - special shout out for the staff who carried luggage, took food orders helped with everything. Especially Noi- man loves to help out!
Absolutely nothing. There are some steep climbs- be prepared if some seniors in your group.

Amazing property exactly as shown in the photos. Very photogenic & luxury facilities. Staff is very amazing, delicious food, pick & drop facility. Best is the views from property & hospitality of staff.

The view! Probably the only positive aspect of the hotel. It really has a potential but local mangment standard seem to be low.
The breakfast is very poor, getting a plate with cold omlete, toast, a liitle tomate and cucumber. The turkish cofee is included - for espresso you have to pay extra. The dinner is even worse with absolutely not tasteful dishes overpriced and not esteticly served. The room looks great due to huge windows but lacking warm design. No glass in shower so all water floods around.
