Beautiful view, big house, comfy beds. There was plenty of cookware and dishes. Nice place to spend time with family. 15-20 minutes by taxi to the center of batumi. Yandex go is available
Floor wasn't clean enough, my socks got dirty right away, way to the beach is very steep. We only went once because it was not comfortable for kids and older people in our family. Backyard was smaller than in the picture and the pool wasn't working. We were having trouble to call bolt because it couldn't find the address properly and was coming at the wrong side, where it's steep.

Beautiful and spacious. We are family of 12 and we had a good time staying at this villa. unfortunately we had only one night. All the facilities are great. Plus point they have the dryer machine too easy for us to dry our clothes. Tamara and her husband is very accommodating and very fast respond to all my enquiries. Highly recommended if you stay in Batumi 👍🏼
The location of this house is a bit tricky but owner has provide us the guidance by video so we can find it easier. Easy to drive a car on your own instead of taking public transport.

فيلا قريبة من البحر، والإطلالة جدا رائعة، ومتوفر بها عدد غرف مناسب للعائلات الكبيرة، وعدد الحمامات مناسب، النظافة جيدة، غرفة المعيشة واسعة، فيها كل خدمات التي تتعلق بالطبخ والغسيل، وموقف للسيارات، ومسبح صغير، أصحابها متعاونين ومتفهمين، وأمينين، نسينا الجوال وتواصلوا معنا مباشرة.
صعوبة الوصول للموقع لأول مرة، التكييف بالدرجة الأولى لم يكن مناسبا وقت النهار تفصل في بعض الأوقات، وأيضا الأسرة ليست مريحة بشكل جيد، وتوجد رائحة في بعض الغرف.

The hostess and the host were very peasant. Always ready to fix any issues immediately.
The location is amazing, with fantastic views. It was 10 of us, with 3 kids. It was perfect for everyone with plenty of rooms and space.
Being that we traveled in mid April, there were some ants in the bathrooms and on the balcony-but it was out of anyone's control and completely understandable. Plus the issue was resolved right away.
