Just a short stroll to Happy Valley, Kings Beach, and Bulcock Beach, you'll have some of the Sunshine Coast's best beaches, cafés, restaurants, and scenic coastal walks right on your doorstep. Designed for a relaxing beach escape, this comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers plenty of space for couples, families, or friends. Enjoy refreshing ocean breezes from the front balcony, or unwind on the rear balcony overlooking the tropical shared pool while the kids play below.

Spacious clean unit, with comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Great location, easy walk to anywhere. Would definitely recommend this property.
Only criticism is the advertised garage height is incorrect. It is listed at 1.98m, but actual clearance is only 1.85m so we were unable to park our 4WD with roof bars in the garage.

Although the property is in a fabulous location, you do provide a linen option, however providing a basic pantry option, gladwrap, salt, pepper and oil for $20 would be an advantage for interstate and international renters. There is no internet or hairdryers which in todays society is expected.
