About this apartment rental
This top level unit has views over Kings Beach and Moreton and Bribie Islands and is directly opposite Kings Beach with all its rolling surf, sand, cafes and restaurants so close there is no need for the car.
This apartment has been fully renovated. There are two queen size bedrooms with built-in robes and reverse cycle air-conditioning, the bathroom with separate bath and shower, gourmet kitchen with stone bench tops, an open plan lounge dining kitchen area, 2 balconies with stunning views and a Weber BBQ & a lockup car garage.
This unit is so close to everything. It is directly opposite Kings Beach & walking distance to Caloundra town centre, Bulcock Beach & Shelly Beach.
We like to use this unit ourselves so we have equipped it with the things that we like to have on a holiday. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything required to make nice home cooked meals, there is an Aldi Pod espresso coffee machine & the panty has all your basics.
Everything is quite modern there is super fast WiFi, Echo Show smart display/speaker, Smart TV has access streaming services and also has a USB input that supports most audio & video formats. We also have provided a DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

Kings beach & Caloundra is an ideal spot for a family holiday. However, this unit would also be very comfortable for or one or two couples to get away for a nice relaxing week or long weekend.

Apart from the very steep hill to the beach & the 80 stairs to unit 6, unit was excellent as was the view. As we flew into the Sunshine Coast & got an Uber to unit it was very inconvenient to have to call in to pick up key & returns it to Agents is in Main Street which was busy & driver couldn’t find parking close by. As we didn’t have a car this unit was not very convenient for us

Beautiful apartment and exceptional view. There are three flights of stairs but the view totally made up for it. Really appreciated the puzzles and kids toys, we all had lots of fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. As my children said, ‘this is the best holiday house ever!’ We cannot wait to come back.
