A lovely 2 bedroom unit located right on Kings Beach with no roads to cross to the sand - less than a minutes walk to the waters edge the best spot.
The Space:
**Please be advised the lift in Dulkara will be getting replaced from the 27th of January 2027 for approximately 9 weeks. During this time guests will be required to use the stairs only. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. **
A lovely 2 bedroom unit located right on Kings Beach with no roads to cross to the sand - less than a minutes walk to the waters edge the best spot.
Dulkara is in a sought after position and has everything you need for a handy and relaxed holiday. Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and living area and enjoy the convenience of lift access, or only about10 steps to walk up if you prefer.
Dulkara is less than a 1 minute walk to the patrolled area of Kings Beach, a popular and family friendly spot. You will find a great selection of beachfront cafes within a 2 minute walk from the unit - great for a morning coffee and a walk along the boardwalk which is also only 50 metres or so from the building.
Bulcock beach, Happy Valley and the main street of town is easily walked too via the boardwalk, about a10 minute stroll.
You will be able to experience all at Kings Beach and surrounds has to offer from Dulkara, and it is perfect for both small families or senior couples being in such a convenient location that you don't need to use your car.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Every morning I rolled out of bed, walked barefoot to the coffee shop, which was about 20m and then had a swim on Kings Beach. The distance being so short gave my family
So much more freedom, that my teens could come and go from the beach when they wanted. Hungry on the beach? Run back and get a snack! Tired of the beach? Go watch telly for a bit! Itchy? Go home and have a shower. This new power juat made EVERYTHING better for everyone - allowing them to create and follow their own agendas. This was the best family holiday I think probably ever - and all because it was so close. I’ve already booked another week for later in the holidays. The unit itself is functional - not stylish. But that does not detract from the location.

Great place to call home for a few days or even longer. Proximity to beach was super. The property was well equipped and comfortable for our stay.
