Argyropolis Boutique Hotel

Tatiana and her son were kind, always making us feel comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoy more with them and their facilities. This is a place that has 200 years and it is very well managed and maintained. Breakfast amazing and Albanian typical.

Tattiana was very welcoming, looked after us from the minute we arrived. The location was great for walking everywhere in the town. Breakfast was home cooked and yummy. View from the top floor was amazing. Parking at the property was a bonus.

Every thing! A Gorgeous wee boutique hotel perched high up on the hill. My host Tatiana was amazing and my private room was beautiful. Very close to coffee, restaurants, old town and the castle.

Tatiana the owner of the place is the best thing. We had booked a triple room and though I had mentioned that we would like a room on ground floor, I didn't get an explanation that the triple room is on the 2nd floor. The reply back said" our hotel has some stairs but we will help you with your luggage" The stairs came as a rude shock as going up and down was very painful for us. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of rooms was great. Tatiana's welcoming manner was heart warming. The location is good.

The triple room was on 2nd floor. The flights of stairs were steep and coming back after a full day in Gjirokaster where you are already going up and down the slopes, the stairs to the room becomes a difficult battle. There is no mirror in the room, so if one of the guests is using the toilet, the two ladies outside cant even put make up. There are no shelves in the bathroom to keep your toiletries, nor inside the shower cabinet- so you end up putting your shampoo ,shower gel on the floor. The last and huge disappointment was that there are no views from that high- perched room, nor was there any ottoman style garden except for the courtyard at the entrance. It is being advertised as a hotel but it is a guesthouse and before booking it, one should be aware of this.
