Cleaning Fee of $195.00 for 2 - 4 guests noted at time of booking
Cleaning Company Scheduling Inconvenience Fee of $75.00 for last minute guest additions or changes after initial booking. Cleaning company schedules cleaning around time to clean for # of guests.
Note: Our cleaning co was doing a great job and pro-actively sanitizing before Covid & continues to do so.

We have had several Happy Re-schedulers, especially during Covid Concerns.

It is Guests responsibility to leave BBQ Clean. If BBQ requires cleaning there is an additional $60 cleaning Fee imposed by Cleaning Company.

There was an issue with the pool heater that the host addressed quickly. The house was clean and had everything you need.

Kim was very easy to work with and we had an enjoyable time. We had a little issue with the hot tub. The location was nice to get to many areas in the Cape Coral and nice place to walk each day!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, well stocked and convenient location. Everthing works and well. Host , FANTASTIC ! WE WOULD HIGH RECOMWND this location. Can't beat it
