Second-Floor Balcony



The second floor features a spacious balcony with comfortable seating and beautiful views over the canal.



The balcony can be accessed directly from both the King and Queen bedrooms upstairs, providing an additional private space to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or take in the waterfront views.

The garage has been converted into a dedicated game and entertainment room and is therefore not available for vehicle parking.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Memories is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cape Coral directly on the water.



Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences are easily accessible by car. The location also provides a great starting point for exploring Cape Coral and the many attractions throughout Southwest Florida.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding Southwest Florida area comfortably.



Shopping, restaurants, marinas, and everyday services are only a short drive away. Fort Myers, area beaches, and other popular Southwest Florida destinations can also be conveniently reached by car.



Other Things to Note:

The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.



The pool is professionally serviced on a regular basis. Lawn maintenance and professional pest control are also performed regularly to keep the property and outdoor areas well maintained. These services may occasionally take place during a guest's stay.
