Quite bad apartment just for sleeping and without a washer

Location very good - between the beach and city center. Also private parking quite near apartment. Anyway both this points not related to the apartment directly. Just one thing is related to the apartment - it was quite silent and I liked it.

Rest of things were quite bad. The floor was very dirty, sofa and some furniture with dust. Apartment is quite small and this is not dscribed correctly (on the photo it looks like better). Owner was quite intrusive and tried to earn more money and sell additional service at first entrance and later via the phone call. Internet was very-very slow (about 4-5 Mbps) - this is enough for messengers, but not for surfing or watching videos. And main thing - there is no washing machine! But in description it was provided. So, if I need to wash something, the owner said "I can do this by my own for additional payment" and "the washer was removed because of high load on the electricity"... Super approach! Also dust cleaner not provided and few days I tried to clead a floor with very dirty rag. Also bed in the badroom - very-very creaky, too much soft (strange - it was 2 mattresses as a burger on the one bed) and totally uncomfortable. I waked up with pain in my back and feeling tired. Tired during the rest... "Amaizing" experience. My conclusion: the prise should be less than 40-45 EUR per night at the summer time for this quality and service.
