We stayed at these apartments and had a great experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind. We arrived very late at night, and she patiently waited for us and handed us the keys personally — it was such a relief after a long journey! The location is also excellent — quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Helpful hosts, Beautiful apartment and fantastic location

We had the most wonderful stay. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need and is excellent if you are travelling with children. The beds are very comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and you have wonderful views from the balcony. The location is superb and you can pop out for a swim or visit one of the many lovely restaurants. We had never been to this area before and fell in love with the beauty of Sestri Levante and hope to come back.

Excellent option close to downtown and the Bay of Silence.

The location of this property is excellent. It is about a 5 minute walk up a hill from the downtown area. This is perfect for the busy season as you are close to the town but far enough removed that the nightly activities won't disturb your sleep. We were using it for a business trip and it was a nice alternative to a hotel. The Host had the property well stocked with snacks, drinks, and some wine. There is also a combination washer/dryer which makes packing for a trip much easier and lighter. This is particularly important with the current airport situation around the world which makes carry on the king.

The apartment is big and well equiped with everything. Very nice location, with 2min walking distance to the strand. Ideal for family with kids.

Parking can a small problem due to local regulation on ZTL zone, however landlord tried the best to help.

The location is fantastic - exactly what we wanted for our riviera trip. The bay of Silence is gorgeous and is reachable in a one minute walk from the flat. For a family having two separate bedrooms for the kids was also a great advantage.

A true marvel

Great choice for family visiting the area

Spacious property with homely atmosphere, superb location, convenient parking agreement with hotel nearby.

A coffee machine such as nespresso would be a nice addition.

Alexandria surprised us by meeting us at the train station and driving our bags, as well as our parents to the apartment! My partner and I walked while they drove, and it was an easy trip from the train station. Alexandria gave us the tour of the apartment (which was beautiful, clean and spacious), as well as restaurant recommendations. We felt very welcomed. The description I found on booking.com did not mention the VIEW! The apartment is located on top of a hill, and we were able to see the town of Sestri Levante from the balcony. Finding this place was mostly accidental-- I have previously stayed in La Spezia when visiting Cinque Terre, but couldn't find a place that would comfortably accommodate me and my family. I'm so glad we found CittadellaChiara, because I now prefer Sestri Levante! The town has so much to offer, and is a destination in itself (we only ended up visiting Cinque Terre for a half day this time). We loved our stay, and I would absolutely book again in the future.

Exceptional

It was our first visit to Sestri Levante but do you know where we will stay next (year) time when we again go to Sestri Levante? Yes, we hope it will again be in Cittadella Chiara. Why? Because we loved the location of the apartment – close to the centre of the old town and close to both beaches, with several cafes and restaurants within 100-200 metres. As for the apartment, I have nothing to add. The apartment is just perfect. It is very spacious, 2 rooms with double beds, one room with two separate beds and one big living room. Our children were happy they had their own rooms also on holiday  And my wife slept as well as she hadn't slept in years. The apartment is also very well equipped, you can be sure there is absolutely everything you might need (as mentioned in other reviews) and you will feel like at home. What we really loved was sitting on the balcony in the evening, with nice view on surrounding buildings, authentic Italian  Incidentally, the meeting with Alessandra was very pleasant, she showed and explained everything to us upon arrival and she also took care via whatsapp if everything is OK during the whole stay.

Parking fee but it's probably hard to do anything about it in the historic center. You need to take it into account if you go by car. But it would not discourage me from next visit.

Wonderful stay in Sestri Levante

The property was immaculate, clean, perfectly located, and Alessandra made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment had soap, shampoo, juice, pasta, and other essentials to start us out with enough when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes, and other items to make cooking in really easy. The location is perfect as well, only a few hundred meters from both beaches! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, with the kids sleeping comfortably each night. There is also air conditioning in each room which was necessary on the hot summer days. When we arrived we were met by Alessandra’s daughter who showed us where to park, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great relaxing stay in Sestri!

Wunderbare und grosszügige Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Sehr herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich: ruhig und zentral gelegen mit Blick auf die Altstadt, Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Küche sogar mit leckeren Nahrungsmitteln bestückt. Ein Wohlfühlort zum Entspannen und als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in Sestri Levante und Ligurien. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Vakker leilighet med stor plass og mye, mye finere enn bildene viser. Beliggenheten er fantastisk! Vi følte oss hjemme her, og må skryte av kjøkkenet som var fullt utstyrt. To luksuriøse bad - vi manglet ingenting.
