welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Possibility to rent locally assistance on arrival and trought out your stay want a real ligurian dinner on the terrace ? We can arrange it for you book on site

We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. We stayed outside for hours watching the see and the sky, reading books and having dinner together. We also had the opportunity to bake pizza in the oven. It was the first time for us. Flaminia was very helpful and gave us few tips

Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). The house is well proportioned, comfortable and clean, however the views are spectacular, and well worth being a little out of town to enjoy! Would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the view is incredible. It is a great location to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino and the rest of the Italian Riviera. Flaminia was a great host with great information of where to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was super clean and tidy, and Flaminia, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with delicious tiramisu – a really thoughtful gesture that made our vacation extra special. Flaminia was always available via WhatsApp and gave us plenty of great tips for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We especially loved the pizza oven in the garden – a real highlight! It was also very convenient that Flaminia provided parking spaces in the village. The hot tub was wonderful, but it would have been nice if someone had come by after a few days to check the chlorine levels – that's our only small suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

A very spacious and clean villa with an incredible sea view. There are beautiful vineyards and olive groves all around. Everything you need for rest and even more is available in the villa. The stay was perfect

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

We were 100% happy at this wonderful holiday home. The host Flamina was very nice und helpful, yet not intrusive at all. The house was beautful, well isulated (we were there in early spring), great kitchen, wonderful view, lots of space, warm whirlpool, pizza oven...All you need is there, and lots more.

One week vacation at this property was not enough. Views are better than those on the pictures. Excellent location. First, we worried that it is a bit far from Cinque Terre but it was ok, and the nearby towns were beautiful, we liked them even better. The villa was pretty modern and well kept, plenty of space, much more spacious than we thought. We got welcome gifts from Flaminia but we will not tell you details as it has to be a surprise. She was a great host and responded immediately to all the requests during our stay. The place is a great value, and we were really lucky we made the decision to spend our vacation there.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Tonio. Flaminia was a wonderful host and helped us with making dinner reservations and was responsive to all our needs. We totally enjoyed dining Al fresco on the beautiful patio overlooking the Mediterranean . The sunsets were a site to behold! The house was quite comfortable with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. There was plenty of storage in each bedroom. The sheet were changed each week. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Flaminia had a nice variety of wines to enjoy. We also loved the tiramisu that her husband made for us. The hot tub was an added pleasure. We did have an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and mosquitoes. But, all in all, we had a wonderful stay at Casa Tonio and would highly recommend it if you are interested in visiting the Italian Riviera. Donna and Susan
