Everything was perfect with the accomodation but the weather was not great... and I was not able to do the whale tour...

Odor in the bedroom

The lady showed up 5 minutes later after I phoned her. She showed me around the place and advised me to line up 30-45 minutes earlier at the ferry terminal. Washer and dryer on the second floor. No detergent provided. 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. Decent internet speed 80/20 Mbps.

We got room #1 on the ground floor. Bedroom had weird smell. Beds aren’t comfortable. Odor from the blanket and pillows although bedlinens are clean. Towels indeed need to be replaced. They’re worn. Outdated kitchen and furniture but functional.

Nice and clean place located in the harbor area close to whale-safari and light-house. The hostess (Alexis) was readily available and took conscientiously care of cleaning and logistic matters.

A toaster would have been nice.

Séjour confortable et réussi, malgré le mauvais temps, dans un environnement singulier qui doit être magnifique par beau

Propre; fonctionnel, tranquile ; bien situé à côté du phare, des agences de safari et des intéressants musées d'Andenes (polaire et baleine), de l'arrêt du bus arctique qui n'est malheureusement pas signalé par un écriteau ; intervention empressée et efficace de l'hôtesse pour faire changer des ampoules défectueuses ; autorisation reçue de prolonger de quelques heures mon séjour en attendant le bus arctique.

Initialement déçu par la présence (indépendante de la volonté de l'hôtesse) de containers obstruant la vue sur le phare ; équipement de cuisine un peu sommaire; il serait agréable de trouver un peu de sel, de poivre, d'huile, de sucre de nescafé et thé en arrivant après un long voyage.
