Beliggenheden er fantastisk i et dejligt roligt nabolag (til trods for at være super centralt) og kun 7 min. gang til Oxford Circus, og med gode muligheder for indkøb tæt på. Lejligheden er beliggende i kælderen under et konsulat, så bygningen er tom (og dermed stille) udenfor alm. kontortider, hvilket er dejligt. Udlejer er SUPER nem at kommunikere med via WhatsApp - det er betryggende og rart. Der er masser af plads i lejligheden og meget store soveværelser, hvilket er usædvanligt for central London.
Tydelig og høj støj fra underground tog (75dB) fra tidlig morgen til sen aften - man vænner sig til det, men det havde været rart at vide på forhånd. Kælderen er beliggende i en kælder - og der er en trappe med meget små trin ned. Toiletterne har svært ved at skylle ordentligt ud. Lejligheden virker i det hele taget lidt medtaget (f.eks. sad de fleste vandhaner meget løst; brusedør faldt af/virkede ikke; etc.). Varmen fungerede fint i værelser, men stue/køkken/alrum var umuligt at få varmet ordentligt op.
