Have stayed at this property several times now. Location is central and easy for location/supermarkets, etc. Though I have noticed that the other tenants of the building have gotten noisier over the years.
The shower water pressure and temperature is a challenge, had occasions where only a trickle ran out, whereas other times had no problem with water pressure or temperature. Inconsistent. But in comparison to the positives of the property, am happy to overlook this.

Great sized apartment, quiet neighbourhood and comfortable bed with plenty of soft and fluffy towels. The area is perfect for getting anywhere in london and has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop with Oxford street just a few minutes away. The host was amazing to communicate with and made the whole process nice and easy! Would love to stay again for longer. Highly recommended!
No latch on the door to the apartment for security, and the lock can be fiddly but pulling the door as you turn the key helps.
