Excellent location in the heart of Marylebone, within walking distance of many attractions and public transport. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for our family. The self check-in process was straightforward, and once reported, the noisy portable AC unit was replaced promptly.
One portable AC unit was extremely noisy on arrival and required replacement. More importantly, the maintenance team entered the apartment while we were away without confirming the visit with us beforehand. Although the host later acknowledged the concern and apologized, clearer communication and guest confirmation before accessing an occupied apartment would have made the experience much better.

Spacious, clean and the location was perfect!
The bed was too firm/hard. I couldn’t tell if I was sleeping on the bed or floor 😜

Great location, apartment spacious, clean and nice layout.
Noisy. Disappointed as the advertisement said it had nice views, however it was a lower ground with zero views. The windows looked onto walls.

No pressure in the water , not clean, water taste as if it has been piped through the heating system , carpet worn out and ridged by front door
