Sun Beach Villa Tria

The location was perfect and such a quiet area but able to walk in the busier areas for food and drink and good direct access to the beach.

Unfortunately the place needs a real fixing up. 50% of the plugs in the house don't work. One of the sunbeds is completely broken. No access to pool or beach towels which with most villas I've stayed in before would have. No basics for self catering, like oil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. We even had to buy our own cloths to wash up with. The grass was very high and they said they would cut it but never came to do so, was fine for us but if going with children wouldn't be ideal as the area is known for it's snakes. Also the beds are very uncomfortable and one of the smaller beds was so loose and creaky we had to put cardboard in the gaps just so we could sleep. In the master room tissues were found in the sheet which was a little disconcerting as then unsure if it was completely clean.

Central location in polis allows faster trips to latsci (one direction) or argaka (opposite direction) while having all “city” facilities around you

You cant really walk to a swimmable beach but with a car all is sorted
