Location is great for a stop over on the way to the coast. Large lawn for the kids to burn some energy. Plenty food options with all the restaurants in walking distance.
It was filthy under the beds with damp and mould on the carpet (we pushed the beds together). The team on site was lovely and helpful, they swiftly moved us to a new room which appears to have been upgraded and had laminate flooring. There were no surprises under those beds.

The location.
The bathroom is very dated and could use a little more care. Because it is so old it looks dirty even when it has been cleaned.
