The position, kindness of staff

It was not very clean, the room could be better furnished with more shelves

bed is great, location very close to public transport and farishy but walkable to the siene

the facilities outside the room were not so great

Hotel is just a couple of blocks away from a metro and all sight seeings were easily accessible.Hotel was cleaned everyday, the room was small but ideal for a couple of person with a good size restroom. Doesn't have a lift but for tourists who would like the to just crash for the night after a day long outing, I would say this is the best considering the budget and comfort.

A kettle and drinking water facility would add more benefit to the customer.

Bed sheets stained but changed without a fuss when we asked the staff, other than that room spotless

The hotel is located 2 minutes walking from the metro. Towels are changed every day - after such a dirty floor I was expecting that they wouldn't be changed.

Dirty floors. Smells not really good in the room but they try to cover the smell with some orange flavor. The bed linen was stained.

The bed was comfortable. The room includes bathroom which has a warm water and the room was warm. Lightning was good, we have stayed ground floor but it was not noisy. Reseption was nice to us. In bathroom, there was a little shampoos and soups. Clean suplements. Working wifi.

The location is not good, but not worse. You have to take 2 metros to go to Eiffel Tower.

Great location and value for money. Room was as described, neat and tidy and actually quite a comfortable size compared to others we have stayed in when in Paris.

Noise from other rooms does travel into your room so it can be noisy depending on who your neighbours are. The wifi connection is pretty poor, it can very slowly load basic webpages but you couldn’t load any video connections so if wifi is important to you this probably isn’t the location for you.

A room on the ground floor with the window covered by a disc. Several times the noise from people walking in the staircase woke me up. 144 € for that standard was much too expensive.

The staff were amazingly friendly! very helpful and kind. The hotel was very calm despite the rooms being quiet small. No noises during night! Highly recommended for a short stay in Paris on a budget. Location is perfect!!

Perhaps a mirror in the room would complete the room :)

We travel often to Paris, so the location will be the only thing that is ok

We wanted to enjoy a long weekend in Paris because we had a meeting there, so I arranged to telework from there for a couple of days. We chose the place because it looked okay in the pictures, and we liked the neighborhood. As I mentioned, we knew the city well. However, the place was filthy, the internet didn't work, the bathroom door couldn't close, and the bed was really uncomfortable. I asked if there was a possibility to change rooms, but they told me that only the manager could authorize it (they always used him as an excuse). Then, we asked Booking for more options, so we could leave a couple of days early. Finally, after a couple of days without the manager, we received an email from Booking saying that they authorized our early departure if we checked out that same day. We did that and moved to another hotel. In the reception the guy mention that they would refund us through Booking, but that never happened. When we contacted Booking, they said that the hotel needed to approve it, but they never did. We tried everything, but when we called the manager, he was not there, and Booking said that they needed the hotel's approval for legal reasons. It has been a month of fighting to get back our money, but the hotel refuses to give it back, and Booking says that they can't do anything. I'm going to Paris often, so I will face them again soon to try to make them make the correction or call the cops. now I'm just doing this for the principals, no for the money. The other place we have stayed was fantastic and costed 15€ more for the two nights, so check your options and don't suffer my journey staying in this filthy place with those scammers.

i pay at Boooking.com and then reception told me that you should pay here and we pay back in 2 weeks ،but I don’t receive my money until no w These are thieves 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Very close to metro(Goncourt and République )and near by the hôtel can easily find café or restaurants.neighbourhood consider quite calm and not too much noise.which is so close to métro is convenience for us (two girls)going back late.the room is clean ,provide shampoos, soap and towels.and even TV .facilities are well maintained. staff are friendly .so recommend this hotel.

the location and the stuff

Hotel Aix Europe is a great choice if you are looking for a hotel room for a reasonable price, close to the city center. The room was tiny, but just had enough comfort for a few nights. Private bathroom, clean room, on a quiet street.

The walls are quite thin I have to say,.. The bathroom and the corridors are narrow.
