Guests have access to the community pool area that includes a heated pool, hot tub, shared BBQ, and area with lounge chairs. Additionally guests have access to lobby to take the elevator to all levels, the front door to access the lobby, and the gated parking garage that contains the communal laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryers.

We pride ourselves on personalized hospitality, reliability, and quality. Our team is available 7 days a week, 10am–6pm PST, and after hours for emergencies to ensure you feel prepared, informed, and at ease during your stay.
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: HOA 6-night minimum.
No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable a/c units are available to rent at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located in the gated garage.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and bikes!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

The property looked as shown in the photos. There were extra rental steps after I booked through VRBO. There was communication from property managers. It was difficult to determine which building I needed to check in but managers were easy to get a hold of and very helpful, coin laundry not near your unit. Fully stocked kitchen and great ocean views. I would recommend this place!

The unit is very nice. It has been updated beautifully. It is located at the north end of Pacific Beach close to restaurants and bars. The owners have included beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and others. We watched beautiful sunsets during our stay.
The only issues are the building is old and not updated. Also, the unit does not have air conditioning which was a big issue during our stay.

Great get away spot very close to many restaurants and steps away from the beach. Comfy beds with nice linens and very well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again in the future
