Enjoy the soothing sound of the surf, panoramic ocean views, sunsets, and cool ocean breezes from our newly remodeled large one bedroom ocean-front condominium unit in Pacific Beach. Our 6th floor home within the only mid-rise on the beach in San Diego (Capri-by-the-Sea) is the perfect place to enjoy our beautiful city and all is has to offer. Feel free to contact manager with questions. Sea World is minutes away, the Zoo and downtown San Diego are just a short 15 minute drive. You will be literally steps from the beach where you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean with both surfing and swimming (sand bottom) in front of the building, monitored by lifeguards throughout the summer. Our home is within walking distance of dozens of shops, bars, and restaurants in Pacific Beach, and only a 5 minute drive to beautiful La Jolla. We have supplied lots to entertain you: games, puzzles, sand toys, Boogie Boards, beach chairs, Umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. In 2020 the unit was refreshed with new carpeting, painting, new beds, and new living room furniture. Our home is beautifully appointed with two Queen beds (sleeping up to 4 adults), comfortable and elegant furniture, fully appointed kitchen with granite counter-tops, as well as many amenities to help you enjoy your stay. Two flat screen high-definition TV’s with Blue Ray / DVD, and wireless internet is all included. Building amenities include a convenient covered parking space, fully secured building monitored by 24 hour on site security, and coin operated washer and dryer on the floor. As with many older buildings in San Diego there is no AC, however with the ceiling fan and operable window in the bedroom, and operable sliding door in the living room there really is no need. There is a convenient shower in the garage to wash the sand off of your feet after coming from the beach. If you prefer a dip in the pool rather than the ocean, a few steps away is a beautifully maintained heated pool, sun deck, as well as a spa and sauna. Also enjoy full access to the 12th story roof top deck with barbecues and 360 degree views all the way to downtown San Diego.
Our unit at Capri-by-the-Sea is a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed; sorry, no exceptions. This is our second home and we are interested in renting to responsible adult tenants. This is a perfect place for a romantic couple’s getaway and for families young and old. Loud behavior and partying is inappropriate, minimum age to rent is 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.

Excellent location and we enjoy morning walks along the ocean. Garage under the building is a great perk. Watched a Falcon rocket launch- great sunset launch.
