• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Booking Policy: The HOA requires a minimum of 6 nights at this property.
No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable a/c units are available to rent at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located in the gated garage.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you're planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

The location of the apartment is superb! It is right to the beach, close to the restaurants, bars, and walking distance to a supermarket and CVS. You don't really need a car if you are coming to enjoy the beach. And Uber can take you to a trolley stop at Old Town to take you downtown. 2miles on a board walk will take you straight to Belmont Park. The view from the window is amazing...Ocean, Ocean Ocean. I wish it had a balcony, but the apartment complex does have any balconies. Since there was no balcony it was hard to dry our beach clothes. We had to be creative. One suggestion to the owner is to get a foldable drying rack that can be used for drying the clothes in the apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was good. It had all the necessary cookware. And stove/oven/dishwasher worked well. Drainage in the shower was slower, but it was noted in the welcome package that it is due to older pipes. Parking in parking garage is TIGHT, so be aware. Do not bring big car. Our Rav 4 just fit, I don't suggets bringing anything much bigger. Check and check out was easy. But you do need to remember a lot codes. Every door in the complex has an entrance code. Good memory practice :). We didn't use pool or hot tub. But they are small and entrance does require a code. Building is well maintained but it is an older building. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to our friends and family. Thank you.

Our stay was very good. The location was good and the response from the property management was excellent when we had a couple issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time in Pacific Beach! This condo is in the perfect location - right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. The view is spectacular and we loved watching surfers all day.
The condo wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. While we really appreciated the new sheets and fluffy towels, the kitchen could use a deep clean and has an ant problem. The pots, pans and dishes didn’t seem all that clean and we washed them before using (which I’ve never had to do at a VRBO stay).
The bikes were awesome, our kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was closed due
to COVID. This property was a good deal, but we wouldn’t stay again due to the issues listed (plus the elevator was broken for the majority of our stay).
