No complaints at all

Greeted by the owners on our arrival as they finished up getting things ready for our stay. A real home away from home, here. Very comfortable lounge and dining area with the heat pump to keep things cosy. The weather was not great and it was really good to have the house as a refuge! The kitchen was large and well equipped, we'd have made more use of it if we'd been staying longer than two nights. The breakfast provisions were good, cereal and toast is what we have in the mornings. The modern family bathroom had a great array of things in the drawers, I suspect anything you'd forgotten to bring for your personal care could be found in there. The location is good, quiet and handy to things, the latter as far as we are concerned anyway as we are not afraid to walk. Maybe 20 minutes on foot to Te Whare o Rehua (aka Sarjeant Gallery) in the city and the same, in the opposite direction, to Caroline's Boatshed for dinner one night. You see more when you walk!

No complaints, expectations either met or exceeded. The home features everything you might expect to find in a suburban dwelling, there is plenty of character and none of the blandness or uniformity of a motel.

Perfect location for the event we were attending Easy access to everything we needed. The house was gorgeous, great floor plan, very comfortable, toys were great for our toddler. Loved the little outdoor seating areas!!
