The view, the location, clean bathroom and the spa bath
Broken chair, water damaged door in bathroom, lack of cooking facilities, TV shelf on wall in Bedroom was a hazard. Freezer didn't work properly and noisy fridge.

Centrally located, Clean and tidy.
I went out for dinner and when I returned all the car parks were full, I was scrambling for somewhere to park. I think every room should have an allocated car park.
