Burwood Motel

Spacious studio apartment for one night stay. Very warm and comfortable. An older style unit but definitely adequate for my stay. Reasonable kitchen facilities and decent size bathroom. Parking directly outside the door. Reception staff were very helpful. Thanks.

A few repair issues in the unit i.e. kitchen cupboard door came off its hinges.

Staff are superb, very helpful and welcoming. We were grateful to Kelly and team for enabling us to check in early 🙏🏽 We felt welcomed and expected. Children received lovely welcome treats of chocs and sweets and coffee pods for the adults, thank you. It was a lovely touch. The motel is at a great location, our room was a good size for our family of four. Had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Room was dated, but it was clean and tidy.. The electric blankets and heaters came in handy too.

Little kitchen appliances like the toaster and kettle could do with an upgrade or proper clean as both were showing clear signs of wear and tear. Otherwise it was all ok.
