the location was close to all amenities.
the only issue we had was influx of ants in the kitchen area and floor that needs to be addressed

Lots of space, away from busy streets.
Mold on curtains, unwashed cups in cupboard, water pressure in main bathroom poor, no dryer, no bbq.
