It was a good Size Property with enough rooms and beds for 8 of us. Bathroom and Toilet facilities met our expectations. Good option for laundry both inside and outside. Good view from the property. And good outdoor facilities, which we didn't use that much.
I would have given 10/10 rating, but it disappointed me with the smell throughout the property, it had a strong seaford smell in the property as soon as I came in and there was not fly screen on all windows as such, I was not able to open all the windows as bugs where coming in.. and also noticed ants on the ground level of the property in the lounge.

Stunning views, can I say the pictures really didn't do the justice. Convenient location, ample off-street parking space. Sitting on the high terrain sothe driveway can be a bit steep so must be careful when parking. We didn't drive an EV but you can slow charge through conventional power socket.
Laundry facility available so that's plus if you stay for a few days
No Wifi is a bit let down. Reception is fine but be aware if you are with vodafone.
Bedrooms have no aircon (Aircon present in living room only) so can get a bit warm (not excessively hot).
Outdoor BBQ area needs an umbrella/shade to fully utilise the space in summer

Great views from the living room and deck. Very good size rooms
Kitchen could do with some basics (eg salt/pepper) and coffee machine would be great as well. As others have mentioned, toilets will need to be checked as water constantly leaks after flushing if valve doesn't close properly

the house was amazing the deck and the views were the best part
not a lot but the plumbing downstairs toilet doesn't seem to turn off sometimes with the button. also the deck could do with an umbrella or shade sails and perhaps a more comfy outdoor lounge suite
