Struttura molto comoda ai servizi e ai mezzi di trasporto. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Molto buona la convenzione per la colazione con il bar al piano terra.
Basterebbe qualche aggiustatina alla struttura per essere un ottimo appartamento. All’interno ci sono tante piccole cose rotte o da sistemare, che non compromettono la vivibilità dell’appartamento. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo segnalato le problematiche e ci hanno detto che sarebbero state sistemate dopo la nostra partenza.

Da localização fora da ZBE. O apartamento é bem básico, com três quartos (com duas camas de solteiro) e dois banheiros.
O café da manhã é num bar chamado Gol, e consiste apenas em uma bebida quente, sumo de laranja e uma torrada com manteiga ou manteiga e geléia. Todo o check in/check out é feito num sistema Smart Rent e não há contato com o responsável pelo apartamento. Ficamos apenas uma noite e precisamos deixar o carro num estacionamento a duas quadras de distância, ao custo de 14,40 euros a diária.
