Suberb flat, great location, excellent customer services

We had a lovely stay. The flat is marvellous - extremely well equipped (from kitchen equipment to tea and coffee to washing up liquid, hand wash and tea towels). It was spotlessly clean and the customer service was excellent. It was a perfect stay for 3 cousins...with great location for walks along the seafront direct from the flat, a good Italian restaurant within walking distance... and great to have a bathroom each! I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartments

Second visit to these beautiful apartments. Very clean and tidy. Everything you will need for your stay is there, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Excellent communication with the owners. Very clear instructions. I will definitely be booking these apartments again.

Area very good, spoilt by furnishings in apartment.

Location was good, may have returned if furnishing were better.

Beds were thin and uncomfortable, had to buy a bottom sheet for one, it was so bad. Left a night early due to this. No comfortable seating, all the furniture appeared second hand rubbish.

The location was fantastic the beach was just 10 min walk and was lovely couldn’t ask for more The apartment was very good and clean and was perfectly adequate for 6 people Parking for 1 car on drive and we found plenty of spaces to park on the road nearby Would certainly recommend this apartment and would hope to book again

We found the beds were quite uncomfortable what a shame as that’s the only thing that let it down really Also dishwasher wasn’t working but you informed us of that the day before and it was a bank holiday so understand that it couldn’t be repaired quickly Would have been nice to have a stair gate as stairs were quite steep for little ones

Terrible stay

Nothing special

The dishwasher wasn't working. After requesting, they said not working, but they can't to anythings don't have any accessories for coocking and hob also rubbish only working to the property pots all pots are very old and not healthy to use they mentioned Netflix and toiletries available which is not available at all they just provided 1 bin bag mattress are also rubbish and very noisy they are robbing the customer we paid £260 per night

Great location, needs more love and thought

The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach and not far from lovely shops ansd restaurants in Westbourne, Sandbanks or Bournemouth. Nicely decorated, could do with a lick of paint and carpet clean in places but was fine for a short stay. Nice bathrooms and good amount of space for 6 guests.

Unfortunately there were a few things that stopped this from being a great stay. The windows were very dirty. There was no bin bag in the bin or any in the property. There was also no recycling bin. The dishwasher did not work and there were no tea towels to dry the dishes so we had to go out and buy bin bags and tea towels which was a shame. Even if the dishwasher had worked there was only one dishwasher tablet for a 2 night stay with 6 guests. The apartment looks good aesthetically but not much thought has gone into functionality. It's definitely not a home away from home. There were very few cooking utensils and no instructions for how to use the appliances (not everyone will have an induction hob so won't know how to unlock it for example). The bed in the large ground floor double room with en suite was uncomfortable. It felt as though the mattress or divan bottom needed replacing as there were lots of dips.

The flat was set over 2 floors and was decorated to a high standard Instructions for how to get in and find the keys were straightforward The wifi was good! A lovely walk down to the beach and towards the pier

Very good location. Pleasant apartment. Bedrooms and bathrooms very good . Suited 4 adults very well.

Living area and kitchen suited us well for a weekend but was compact and very basic. We were eating out all of the time. Not a lot of kitchen equipment. We would really have liked a cafetiere .

Excellent apartment, ideal for beaches

Great location within easy walking distance to the beach. Apartment really well equipped and very comfortable. Parking for one car included on site and plenty of street parking for other vehicles.

Plenty of bath towels but a little small for my 'fuller figure'. If they put in bath sheets it would be even better. Cleaning cost at £70 for a two-night stay seems a bit steep although 3 of us did end up occupying all three beds and use all bathrooms.
