Rifugio Stella Alpina Spiz Piaz per escursionisti

Colazione a Buffet ricca ed abbondante sia dolce che salato. Tutto ok per essere un Rifugio di Montagna era simile ad un Hotel, sono abituato a sistemazioni più 'spartane', personale simpatico e super disponibile e poi: aria fresca, silenzio e vista incantevole!!!

La colazione troppo abbondante mi ha fatto venire il fiatone nella successiva escursione, quindi non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Bravissimi!!!!

Beautifully refurbished hut in the heart of the Catináccio group with spectacular views. But the staff is what made it special! On our hike from another Rifugio, the sole of my hiking partners boot began to tear off, making them unusable. Luckily we were only about 1km from Stella Alpina at that point. When we arrived, my friend explained the situation to Matias, who I believe is the leader of the Search and Rescue team based there. After some discussion, Matias, who was getting off work for the day, drove my friend down to a sport shop in Val dÍ Fassa where he was able to buy some new boots, catch the tram back up to Rif. Cámpiede and hike back to Rif. Stella Alpina all in about 2 hours. That spirit of helpfulness and service was amazing and something we also found at with the staff at all of our mountain huts. Such a great experience with Mountain People! Thank you!

The rifugio only required an easy hike. The three course dinner was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety and Nutella buns!

Location pazzesca, Rifugio pulito e accogliente. Ad accoglierci degli host gentili, sorridenti e premurosi- ci hanno preparato il latte caldo per il nostro piccolo senza voler essere pagati nonostante abbiamo insistito! La cena e la colazione buonissime. Si vede che amano il loro lavoro, non vediamo l’ora di tornare.
