We stayed in apt 3, a one bedroom+ 0ne living room and kitchenette. Probably the best residence we stayed-in in years. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean and meticulously kept. Beds are top notch! There is a huge balcony with spectacular mountain view!! Location is most convenient - close to everything (7-10 minutes walk and 3 minutes by car) to town center (Pozza di Fassa) but it is also very quiet because the residence is situated on a short side road. On top of it all- the staff is outstanding!!! People who really care about their guests!! Vittoria and her husband and Cristina are most exceptional people!! They give their heart to make guests happy. Also the neighbors are so eager to help you, actually the whole town! Very special people! (On our way coming from Milano, it started snowing and our car had a mechanical problem, and the minute we arrived to Pozza di Fassa so many in the streets were so friendly and offered us help before we even asked. Eventually, our car stalled and one of the neighbors called Vittoria who came with her husband to pick us up with their car. In the following days, Cristina reached out to us many times to see if we managed to fix our car and helped us all along. and since our flight back was delayed, she allowed us to check out late and even stay until next morning if we needed at no extra charge.) We were touched deeply by the care and generosity everyone showed us! God bless them! The special spirit of care is shown in every detail and aspect of the residence. We like very much the Sella Ronda ski area as it is one of the most unique ski areas in the world. Thank God, we had the privilege to ski here many times, but this year it was the first time we resided in Pozza di Fassa and discovered it's special people and also the very convenient Pozza-Buffaure (#201) cable lift – as a gate to the whole Sellaronda! We highly recommend this residence!!
