Дуже комфортні номери і гарна територія
Сніданки треба допрацювати. Не дуже зрозумілі позиції і поєднання між ними. В спа не вистачило діжки з холодною водою.

Everything was great, no any complains etc. Parrot in a lobby can scream if you will bother him :)

Breakfast was great! The place was amazing, great medieval culture, great place to take pictures! Loved the outdoor hot tub, overall great experience!
There was a misunderstanding in the lobby about the quality of room we ordered, I believed we ordered a suite and I felt we received a room of lower quality. After talking to the people in the lobby they were able to get us a better room! However the experience did make our stay feel a little bit uncomfortable at times because of such a bad first impression.
