Apartment Split With Sea View Vii

Lors de notre arrivée, l’appartement était très propre, bien agencé, aéré, et sentais super bon. Les équipements dans leur ensemble sont suffisant pour y passer une semaine chaleureuse. La situation géographique est plutôt bien, dans un quartier relativement calme, avec une facilité pour se garer pas très loin. Il dispose de deux chambres suffisante, doté de dressing, la cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle à disposition est amplement suffisante et assez fournis. Le balcon est un plus, c’est agréable de pouvoir petit déjeuner ou faire un petit apéritif le soir après une longue journée.

Ce qui pourrait être améliorer sont : la mise à disposition des coordonnés de la propriétaire pour éviter d’être en difficulté le jour venu, la douche est un tant soit peu compliqué à comprendre, l’eau était bouillante sans possibilité de régler la chaleur à part en éteignant le ballon d’eau chaude… et les voisins du dessus sont exécrables à souhait, du bruit de 5h30 du matin à 00h00 c’était épuisant et irrespectueux mais au détriment de l’appartement et de la propriétaire qui n’y sont pour rien, mais peut être à leur signaler pour les prochains arrivants potentiels

The apartment was spacious and clean, all basic but everything that we needed was there. Soap to do the dishes and soap to wash your hands, there was some tea/spices and cloth to dry the cups and clean the kitchen. There was even some washing powder for the laundry machine and ice cubes in the freeze! We had apartment number 4 with 2 bedrooms (each a double bed and cupboard for clothes) and the balcony was spacious with a table and 2 chairs and on the sunny/ocean view side, so that was really great, we loved it! Walking distance to beach/harbor is 15-20 minutes. Walking to the old center is 20 minutes or you can take bus 18 for a few stops. Supermarket is on the corner like 5 minutes walk. Also the area is really safe and peaceful to walk home in the middle of the night. Host was really kind and always helpful/reachable by Whatsapp. The price/value for this apartment is really recommendable.

The unhappy thing about this apartment is the shower, you can not stand under the shower! You have to hold it in your hand since it is not connected to the wall. The pressure is good though and very hot water as well. It has a boiler so if you shower long the hot water is running out. And in both rooms the mattresses were too soft for us, especially the mattress in the little room is soft and slightly sagging. The mattress in the big room is stronger but also slightly sagging. We even slept a few nights on the folding sleeping sofa in the living room since that was much stronger/harder.
