It was so close to shops and the tube. It was clean and the drinks were excellent.

I noticed that there was a tiny water leak from the ceiling.

Location to Marble Arch, transport links & Hyde Park. Rooms & facilities basic but very clean. Great bathroom.

We had a lovely big bed but you could only access it from one side, not ideal. We were given a basement room & the TV seemed to lose signal often possibly due to wifi dipping. We had to check in late evening after an event. Although very polite we had difficulty understanding the staff member. The hotel involves several properties within a terrace. You can reach rooms via an internal walkway but it took us a while to work it out.

The room was extremely small for the price, bed so close to the wall it’s only accessible from one side. Not a fan of having to use the same towel for my entire stay. Paid extra €50 to have breakfast included and all they offer is pastries and fruit which in my opinion wouldn’t fill anyone, also paid extra to have a window in the room and got charged extra to store our bags as we arrived earlier £3 per bag, first time I’ve ever been charged to hold my bag for a few hours. We arrived at 10am and were told our room would be ready at 12- 3 hours before intended check in but still got charged £15 to check in early even though the room was ready. Just all seemed like a money grab. Staff weren’t overly helpful either. It was okay for 2 night stay however for the price you could definitely stay somewhere with better facilities.
