la casa è spettacolare, mi è piaciuto tutto. pulita, elegante, comoda, ben posizionata, con piscina, una vista bellissima sulla costa nord, zona residenziale di alto livello.

Es una casa molt cómode, amb tot el que necessites per una experiencia inolvidable a Menorca. La zona del porxo i la piscina son excepcionals i tambe el salo i cuina. Te molt bones vistes sobre el mar i es una zona allunyada del turisme massiu. La casa es moderna i molt ample.
La mala olor del lavabo de la suite i el soroll de les obres de la urbanitzacio que no ens deixaven descansar de 8 a 13h.

Facilité d'accès de la villa, la propreté à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, le calme de l'environnement, l'entretien régulier de la piscine, la simplicité de la procédure de départ.
Les lits Queen size un peu étroits pour deux personnes d'un certain âge !

Équipement de la maison (tout y est!) - belle vue sur l’océan (à nuancer avec un building (hôtel) dans la ligne de mire et des constructions à venir dans le lotissement) - piscine très agréable.
Je ne reviendrai pas car le voisin fait trop de bruit (2 gros chiens qui jappent toute la journée !). Ce n’était pas un touriste mais bel et bien le couple de retraités qui vit juste à côté. À ce prix là ce n’est pas possible d’avoir autant de nuisance sonore (lorsque j’ai demandé au monsieur de faire attention à ses chiens, ils les a rentré puis a sorti sa tronçonneuse !!!). La literie (lit de 140) pour une maison « luxe » c’est loupé !
