House was very spacious both inside and outside, with plenty of bedroom facilities, beds, bedding, towels provided. House was very clean and immaculately presented upon arrival. All the necessary modern appliances were in very good working order. Detailed instructions were provided about all the amenities in the house, as well as recommendations about popular eateries and activities within easy access to the house location. Location was great, only 10 min walk into town especially as my mother is nearly 80th so walking big distances can be difficult for her. Yvonne our host was communicative throughout our journey and has quickly and kindly offered to send something to us that we left behind. There was a welcome bottle of wine (cooled) in the fridge which was a lovely gesture.
