We enjoyed a short stay here overnight. Good breakfast on offer and rented bicycles to go explore the park near the shore. Great experience with relaxed vibes. Staff were friendly.

The location was a little further from the central areas, not a problem if you're ok with some walking but harder if there's luggage. I guess it's close to the seaside so if you wish to enjoy the view with some peace and quiet then it's ok.

Lovely hotel, right next to the bike path - the hotel gives you free rental bikes to use. The rooms are spacious and my room had an amazing view.

I had read a few reviews that described the staff as indifferent and I was worried that maybe I made a mistake booking a 2-night stay at this hotel. I'm happy to say that staff was exceptional. Despite my limited Mandarin, the staff made sure I understood that there were complimentary snacks all day in the lobby. They helped me with the laundry machines. Then they encouraged my wife and I to borrow one of the free bicycles and take a tour of the local parks, which we happily did. ( I should note that some of the other reviewers pointed out that the bikes are old and not in great shape. I was happy that they were free, and the hotel had dozens to choose from.) The room we had was terrific, with amazing views. The room also had great air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. There are great restaurants nearby, try Lin's Dumplings or C'est La Vie Bakery.

Some people didn't like how the hotel was located on the edge of town. I thought that was great because we wanted to take advantage of both the Seaside and Forest park.

The rooms were good size, had a mini refrigerator, relatively clean with beautiful views and walking distance to the Ocean. Some staff were very good and kind

Surprisingly there were not any Microwaves or Irons for any of the guests. One staff that worked the evening shift was particularly unhelpful. The day shift were great.
