    My experience was disappointing. ​System Failure: The air conditioner blows cold air even on the heating setting. ​Freezing Room: The temperature remained stuck at 19°C all night. ​Unhelpful Staff: I reported the issue, but they offered no solution. They didn't even offer a portable heater to make the room bearable. ​This hotel neglects basic guest comfort. Do not book here in winter.
