Were met at the location for a tour of the property and given keys. Important to give your host your time of arrival
We called it our tiny home. A compact unit that has all you need. Espicially loved the cubbords to put away your belongings. Walking distance to Bormio.
I would have loved a couch, but not enough room in this place. One of the pictures had a couch, which was not our unit. I think this should be removed.

Salt, sugar, kitchen towels, oil and vinegar in the cupboard.
Simonetta is lovely.
Roomy compared to some 2 room flats. Quiet, apparently mostly private holiday residences possibly not occupied due to sub- optimum snow.
Good parking.
10 minute uphill walk from the town centre has no foot way over about 100m length. A hat light was useful at night. (Our hire car was useful for bringing self catering provisions)
Just Sufficient hot water for 3 fairly quick showers at one time. After that it has to be left to warm up.

Location - outside Bormio, but very close to the actual city center. The place was rather quiet although located near the road to Gavia pass. A small apartment but well equipped, really everything (almost) one can need was there.
Lack of WiFi is a trouble for people that come outside Italy. Espacially when GSM range in this place is low and international roaming limited. Although the host is supposed to speak English she doesn't know it at all so you can't speak to her - but she answers emails really quick with the google translate help :)
