Comfortable, homely inexpensive stay at peak half term season.

Every possible utensil, glasses, homeware. TV Salt, sugar, kitchen towels, oil and vinegar in the cupboard. Simonetta is lovely. Roomy compared to some 2 room flats. Quiet, apparently mostly private holiday residences possibly not occupied due to sub- optimum snow. Good parking.

10 minute uphill walk from the town centre has no foot way over about 100m length. A hat light was useful at night. (Our hire car was useful for bringing self catering provisions) Just Sufficient hot water for 3 fairly quick showers at one time. After that it has to be left to warm up.

A nice place to stay and relax, even better when used as a cycling base.

Location - outside Bormio, but very close to the actual city center. The place was rather quiet although located near the road to Gavia pass. A small apartment but well equipped, really everything (almost) one can need was there.

Lack of WiFi is a trouble for people that come outside Italy. Espacially when GSM range in this place is low and international roaming limited. Although the host is supposed to speak English she doesn't know it at all so you can't speak to her - but she answers emails really quick with the google translate help :)
